She tried to scrub her old social media posts from back when she was a BLM supporting traffic fines solicitor in Colorado but failed spectacularly.

She saw a good grift of being part of Trumps team and even gave up her licence to defend speeding tickets because her only intention was to cash in from the cultists as a ‘legal contributor’ on Fox etc…

Tricky position for her now - flip on Trump to stay out of jail but end up flipping burgers if she’s lucky, or double down, risk jail time and hope the cult still exists to grift when she gets out.

I can't see how she can avoid prison. Last night she was on Twitter begging for donations so she could pay her legal fees. I'd put her solidly in the 2-hole in the stupidity rankings of everybody who has been indicted so I doubt she's smart enough to cut any kind of deal. So basically she's a broke moron who is caught up in a very serious RICO indictment where the other defendants have more resources and are more than willing to let her take the fall for them.
 
So can someone answer me this, let’s say the 3 Federal cases win or lose, doesn’t matter as if Trump won the election he could simply pardon himself (possibly), what happens if he’s jailed for Georgia and wins the election?

Would the secret service protect him as POTUS in jail? I believe there’s nothing (legally) to stop him running and winning from a jail cell (which is nuts as felons can’t vote). I’m a bit confused.

The whole self-pardon thing is extremely concerning based on Nixon’s lawyers researching this issue 50 years ago and concluding a President can pardon him/herself. I am confident there are plenty of secure isolation facilities (think of Godfather II where Pentangelo was held). I also feel confident that if completely backed into a corner he will plead out at the last minute and agree to never assume a public office in exchange for a lighter sentence in any/all of these cases ala the way the SEC often bans violators of rules/laws from the industry in guilty and no-contest pleas.

But I could be wrong.

I think it's the definition of constitutional crisis.

If Georgia state play by the book they just keep him in jail. Everything else would be secondary. I don't see why they have to make any concessions or treat him differently. He would be a very ineffective president.

But there would be massive pressure and legal manoeuvring to get him out which is what he wants. The Georgia state level political scene would be dominated by questions of what to do with him. They can change their laws if they have the votes.

This video is so bad. But add in the emails and everything else the prosecution will have and its a slam dunk.

The Florida documents case is also a slam dunk.

Delay and intimidation is all Trump has to get out of this.
