I still think they wont. Based on evidence so far.

They need someone within the immediate circle to flip. Testifying is one thing. You need someone to come out strong and basically admit that they played a role in a bigger crime and plead guilty on a deal. We have had various people coming clean but they are doing so on a limited basis trying to distance themselves from the core group. It needs someone to say i was in the group i did these things and trump told me to do it and here is some hard evidence that backs up my story.
