Trump is only there to ensure Clinton gets the presidency. Anything but Bernie for the establishment. How the masses continue to fall for this lame trick the world over is beyond me.

I totally agree about the gerrymandering but equal representation in the senate is key. The house balances that out anyway.I can see Trump being out manoeuvred at the convention and then endorsing Clinton in a fit of pique.
As one pundit said he doesn't want a very very hard low paid job he wants the notoriety and fame. He can go down in flames , get all that, avoid the low paid hard job and his friend Hillary becomes president.
I have more faith in humanity than imagining Trump could win an actual election.
The republicans have been playing with mysoginy, racism and some pretty hard core religious weapons for a few years whilst pretending they don't. It had to come to a head and the outcome is things have to get a lot worse to get better.
The media try to blame Obama for stalemate but maybe the corrupt gerrymandering of congress is the real issue and the fact that the constitution gives Mississippi as much say in California in the senate is an issue of democratic deficit. The fact is in senate and congress they republicans get over represented by a bias in the system, part constitutional and part gerrymandering and that has almost built stalemate in
That ended well for them.
Trump is going to give the dems a chance to rebalance congress, win back the senate , load the Supreme Court and bring most of the circuit courts younger and more liberal. He is going to achieve as much as any man has in a 100 years for liberal politics and best of all the religious right are falling for it!Let's hope trump doesn't get one term.
His exact words were that he'd "bomb the shit" out of ISIS. He's also said that we need to kill the families of terrorists to show them that "we mean business". So, he might not be the guy to talk about not intervening, bombing civilian areas to defeat ISIS and killing women and children based on who they're related sound a lot like intervening.Easy to see why all of Trumps opponents want to railroad him ...
Donald Trump has outlined what The Washington Post describes as "an unabashedly non interventionist approach to world affairs." Speaking to the paper's editorial board on Monday, Trump questioned the sacrosanctity of the US's global military commitments, and asked why Washington is so insistent on leading a potential third world war against Russia. Trump, in an interview summarized by the Washington Post, "said [that] he advocates a light footprint in the world," and that "in spite of unrest abroad…the United states must look inward and steer its resources toward rebuilding domestic infrastructure."
Dont know why people are campaigning and protesting against him, whats the point? Do they not realise they'll have an actual chance to vote if he is president or not?
