We don't allow people to drive if they have certain disabilities.
Constant phone use is a type of OCD and should be treated as such a disability by the DVLA.
Also, we should ban phone using drivers for life, just as we ban paedophiles from working with children for life. The same precautionary principle should apply as criminal drivers and paedophiles can both wreck or end the lives of innocent people because of their selfishness and total disregard for the welfare and safety of others.

Phone addiction is rife nowadays. Every fucker is on me all of the time. It's weird.
