Utd Tickets FAC any news (allocation row) {merged}

There is a message on the ticket phone line saying they are aware of the cockup and will refund people.
 
I joined the FA Cup scheme on June 8, along with the other two schemes. It shows in my purchases and points history.
No seat allocated, no money taken, no email received.
So we have some people getting no tickets at all, some getting the wrong tickets, some getting the right tickets but being being charged the wrong price, and some getting both the wrong tickets and being charged the wrong price. Who knows who, if anybody, is getting their loyalty points.
Oh, not forgetting the lucky few who have had no problems, who if past fiascos are anything to go on, will soon be on telling people 'stop moaning'.
It appears to be yet another absolute fucking shambles from this joke of a department.
This after all the fucking rigmarole to get my seasoncard in the first place, when they cocked that up at the start of the season. Yet again.

A question. Does anybody know who is actually in charge of the ticket office? Does it have a dedicated head of department/director? Why is this person's identity apparently kep secret?
Why is this person allowing such repeated and rank incompetence? Why are they not called to account and made to explain themselves to supporters, perhaps in a public forum such as Points of Blue?

totally agree

also they need to sort out the ridiculously long waiting times on the phone and the inability to respond at all to most e-mail queries

No we don't. The points are usually added once you purchase the tickets, they've done this before and then added them on later when they realise their mistake.

From memory, I think they were all added late in one go for the Napoli game.
