I've had a mail confirming purchase of tickets but says £40 a ticket.
Does everyone's say this but only £15 has been debited ??

Also have got the 0 Loyalty Points on my purchase history on ticket site, surely this is a mistake

I've dropped a mail to Supporter Services, if I dont hear anything back in a bit then will ring.

and we've nothing else better to day at work and 3 days before Xmas to spend fuckin ages on the phone to our shitty ticket office

£15 each on my email. Also unusual that the over 65 ticket is the same price as the adult ones
