UWCL Hammarby IF Fotbollförening v CITY (A), Thursday 21st Nov 2024, 17-45PM.

Don't recall her being good with reaction saves, particularly. I rate both Keating and Yamashita better in that dept. For agility I rate Keating higher than both.

I, also, remember Bardsley being poor with her feet.

As a standard non-specialty keeper, sure, she was as good as it got.
I wasn't upset when she was replaced by Roebuck who I thought was a very good keeper and was unlucky to lose her place to illness.

Keating for me played very well last season, yes there was some mistakes but in the main she looked like she was our #1 for the next 10 years and then we buy two keepers and drop her for Yamahita, who is a decent standard as well.

For me, all we did was add a problem in selection by signing a current Int keeper.

I won't hold my breathe with whatever punishment they'll give our opposition for attacking Bunny. Probably increase her yellow to a red for celebrating and blame her for incitement.
Why were the Hammarby fans booing Shaw? It reminded me of Sean Wright-Phillips at Milwall. If you google "Hammarby racism" you can see that fans of the men's team have been involved in racist incidents for years. Why is this latest incident not getting any media coverage or reaction from the authorities?

I must admit I didn't see what she got booked for, but the booing seemed to start after that, unless I missed it (definitely possible). It didn't occur to me at the time that it was racist, but in hindsight...

They have been at it for years. Lots of incidents reported including this one below

Just another club full of scumbags by the look of it. Bit like the Arsenal fans who racially abused Adebayor at our place that time. The media ignored that as well.

They are getting praised all over the internet for their ‘atmosphere’; yet no mention of persistent booing of our Black players and coin throwing at one of them.

Sadly the integrity of some leaves a hell of a lot to be desired.

Fucking morons being praised for the " atmosphere" which essentially was making a persistent noise of racially abusing opposing players .

Christ on a fucking bike.

Yeah, I admit I had problems with the Yamashita acquisition as she started out very shaky (still not convinced with her backline interplay!) and didn't understand why she got in over Keating.

However, game time management is starting to work out between them and Keating is edging it for me (knows the system with the backline), but I've less of a problem for me now. Maybe Keating pushing Yamashita has forced her to improve? I don't know.

I didn't take the booing as racially motivated, I can see why people might though. For me they boooed Bunny for celebrating in front of them (didn't think she did anything wrong personally, and seen a lot more atagonistic in the PL - but I'm not a hammarby fan), and they boooed Kiera Keating because they perceived (wrongly) that she was time wasting (as do most home fans when a keeper goes down unexpectedly off the ball). I don't recall them booing Mary Fowler.

I'm not defending them, the coin throwing could actually have injured Bunny, far more serious than booing for me, and they are being investigated for that.

They should investigate the ref ignoring a blatant foul in the build up to their ‘goal’ , ditto last Weeks Chelsea game
