We went out in the absolute worst possible way.

Deyna is better than Shaw. Much sharper. Not saying Shaw isn't effective sometimes though.

Thought we played pretty well second half, without causing too many problems. Fowler looked out of it in midfield. Might just be adapting, fitness, decent opposition, but maybe she isn't really a midfielder? Feels like we're trying to shoehorn players into the lineup because we've got too many forwards. Deyna looked sharp, same wavelength as some of the others already.

Yes, but we were knocked out when the draw was made, and us having to play at that "neutral" stadium.

Not good enough and Madrid arent anything special.
Squad has gone backwards in last 2 years and falling further behind Arsenal and Chelsea.
I remain totallly unconvinced on the coach - his team selections, and his substitions in particular, are puzzling on too many occasions.
Do not threaten or look like scoring against better opposotion.
God forbid when the time comes for Hemp to leave.
