Okay the atmosphere won’t be quite as good but I’m sure we can manage without a big atmosphere through the Winter if it means we stop thousands of people from dying. We managed to create a pathetic atmosphere at home against West Ham in the biggest Prem home game of the season so far so what’s the difference?

Similarly it is probably a good thing that surgeons and nurses in operating theatres for the last 100 years or so haven't been complaining that wearing masks for hours at a time is a terrible infringement of their civil liberties.

I don't know about you but a few weeks ago we all stopped and gave thanks to those that risked their lives to give us what we have today, including my great grandfather who spent 2.5 years at the western front (okay he may have got about 30 days leave in that time) knee deep in mud and was eventually discharged in March 1918 for reasons we don't know because he never really came back.

I just don't want him thinking I'm a ****.
 
the thread started off quite good, then we have come to a point where some of us need to give our head a wobble and realise we are trying to prove a point and argue about something that makes rules up as it goes along. If anything ever actually made sense with this pandemic it went out of the window many many months ago.

It doesn't because of course the rules are subject to up to date government rules, they're fluid and changeable. Why anyone is bothered about T&C's for their season ticket is beyond me though given how the world is right now.

If you don't give a fuck about your fellow human beings just don't go to the ground.

It's not really. I'm saying how soft we are now, that putting on a mask is such a small nuisance compared to what previous generations lived with, but it is still with an aim to reduce casualties, according to the scientists. Mistrusting government is understandable to a point, but ignoring scientific evidence because you don't like the way the message has been given is odd.

Sorry, I've misread your initial post. I thought you were saying that we're being soft because we're wearing masks :')
 
I've seen people on I phones with their pass in their wallet ,but carnt find anything to put it in an Android Google pay ,is it possible ?

Yeah. If your on Android and download the NHS app and the generate your vaccination Passport at the bottom on the page there is a black button saying add to Google pay. Press that button and then open Google pay. It'll show your debit/credit cards and at the bottom will be the vaccination pass. That's how it worked for me.

Just on a side note I made this thread to infrom people about the passports and if anyone needed help.

I see it's descended into political point scoring and arguments. Can we please keep that out of this. There's plenty of threads in off topic to discuss the rights and wrongs of this. Thanks

use washing up liquid then wipe with a dry cloth.. no fog and works all day
