I want my missus to know on Valentines Day that despite me being a moody dick sometimes, and despite me allegedly prioritising football over everything else, I love her and think she's ace.

To do that in a false, forced surroundings of a restaurant, surrounded by twenty other couples, and paying a hundred quid for the privilege, seems ridiculous.

So it's a couple of amazing steaks, wine, flowers, before watching a film she loves but I hate.

I have a surprise meal being prepared at the restaurant at mere Golf club for my wife. We had our reception there 3 and a half years ago and I have arranged for them to go off-menu and prepare the same meal that we had for our wedding breakfast.

My eldest lad Liam is nearly 19 now and he has girls chucking themselves at him, they send him very graphic photos of themselves which he shows me (in an attempt to knock me sick) I'm a pretty relaxed mum and we have a laugh and I tease him a lot, I don't begrudge him being a lad and doing whatever he wants. He's not interested in girlfriends or emotional stuff and I prefer that because he's not ready. Tell you though, if he ever said girls were nothing more than meat or wetholes I would fight him straight up in the garden till there was no breath left in one of us. He's about 10 inches bigger than me but I would win !

He won't ever say that Bob because you've brought him up right.

He has so many and these girls aren't shy at all, how they get the angles for some of these shots I will never know. He gets way way more girls than anti united and he doesn't have to be mean or a douche.

Haha he's 6 foot 4 and I'm not very tall at all but I rule with an Iron Fist. I think when you have teenage sons as a woman you have to make sure they don't push you around. Lads are hard work
