Re: Van persie

... Am I missing something about Scott Parker? Why was he nominated again? Does he do alot of charity work? Won a competition maybe?

Can't disagree with Van Persie. Without him Arsenal are mid table at best. But yeah, Walker is the laughable one.

Yeah totally agree at some point they were a one man team and that man was Van Persie, I totally respect that player.

Not trolling in the slightest reckon Joe or Aguero deserved it more than him, Joe golden gloves last season probably going to win it again this season so as much as people say van persie goal ratio is great etc Joe is more than equal with clean sheets so why not him ?

Because he's had to do fuck all. Give it up.

Because Hart has a team in front of him which helps create that small goals conceded tally. Van Persie is in a very average team, yet still scoring shit loads of goals, some of which are of world class proportions. Van Persie is a good choice, the right choice so fair play to him.

Yes the players did fix it because they are jealous of man city, how did Kyle walker have a better season than Aguero ? Maybe I missed something or maybe I should just grow up and admit we should sell Aguero and buy Kyle walker the better player at all costs

Because
1. Scoring goals is widely regarded as the hardest job in football. That is why top notch strikers cost many times more than top notch 'keepers.

2. RVP has single-handedly carried a very average Arsenal side into a likely CL spot. The same cannot be said of JH (or Merlin, or Vinnie, or Kun). Take off your blue-tinted specs.

That would be the sensible thing to do.
