Just watching Brasil v Panama on bt sports and for the free kick for naymars goal the ref sprayed a line on the pitch to tell the wall where to line up, the commentators said if was vanishing spray, googled it and it has been being used in Brasil and Argentina for years, with it being introduced into the world cup this year.

Do you think it means it will now come into our league and is it necessary

I have seen the Brazilian league use this vanishing spray for a while now . I think it works well for the referee .

It does cut down on the time-wasting disputes about the distance of the ball from the wall.

They're thinking of introducing it into the Premier League, and all the managers are being asked if they would approve of it. Wenger said he didn't see it.

That's because it vanished!
