Not one United player appealed for a handball.A far worse decision than Fodens non penalty was Milan's disallowed goal.
No one anywhere but the Var studio saw a handball and yet a crucial early (away) goal is disallowed.

You only need to mirror the Llorente goal in the Spurs game QF to see how we are officiated differently. I do wish the club would grow some balls, Gill and Ferguson should be nowhere near our stadium.Agree absolutely about the incompetence. Being able to hear the dialogue would require someone, whether the ref or Stockley Park, to give their views/explanations. At present silence allows imbecilic explanations to be conjured up and repeated minutes (or the following day) after the event rather than in the immediate aftermath.
The more I look at it, hear Talksport talk about it, hear pundits talk about it, the more it pissed me off. Those knobs at the VAR room aren't judging pens on the contact but on how the player falls. It's ridiculous and backwards.I keep reading that Foden was to honest that's why VAR didnt award City a penalty.
Since when has the quality of the fall been part of a penalty decision ?
VAR on Foden " that looked like a stonewall penalty but his fall wasnt very good , he didnt throw both arms in the air and scream, he didnt even roll around or try to put a pike into the fall. So I only score that fall 1 out of 10 and no penalty, very poor from Foden.
VAR on liverpool or utd " didnt look like a penalty never touched him but the fall was very good. Both arms thrown into the air, lots of height in the jump with both legs high and bent by the knees brining his feet up to his arse, very good. Than the 6 rolls on the ground and that terrible scream. One of the best falls I have seen all, so i give it 9 out 10 and a penalty "
I thought VAR was to see if the was a foul regardless of how the player goes down.

If we forget the notion there's a conspiracy, it just makes things worse doesn't it? It just means the refs are THAT bad, that they can't see a 10/10 penalty.
Honestly, I've watched so much games this season, and I think I can count with my one hand how many times I go, "Ah, VAR did well there." Most times, it's "why the fuck is that offside/penalty/handball etc." At this point, I wonder what's the point of VAR if it added practically nothing much to the game but only took away the joy of football.
It's always happened with the rags..... the Keane penalty against us springs to mind. Not one United player appealed for a handball.

If VAR was fucked off they'd still get all the decisions.
As someone posted VAR needs to be audio at least then there'd be a modicum of accountability.
Goes without saying.Which is why PiGMOL are against it and any form of trasnsparency .
Some Var decisions take ages and we never know why, whether just one angle is shown or many. It's quite possible they review many until get the one they want. They sometimes make a decision so quickly that they can have only looked at one view at one speed although a second pic can give a completely different decision. If they have two contrasting viewpoints how do they decide which to choose? I myself often find that a full speed replay shows me better (and opposite) opinion.I assume which ever tv provider has the rights to the match supplies the images to Stockley Park.
The worrying thing is no one outside of BT/Sky and Pigmol know how many camera angles are sent. They should of course be sent every single angle but are they?
Also how many do Pigmol view? No one knows. It is this secrecy that allows the corruption.
It is clear VAR can be manipulated to suit any agenda they want.
I have yet to see anyone, pundit fan anyone, agree with the ref and Pigmol about the Southampton penalty never mind the foul on Foden.
We can't all be wrong and 2 people right.
