It’s been very consistent. It’s not overturned a single penalty decision. No consistency whatsoever
It’s still the ref in the middle that’s fucking up with their inconsistency.

Yep, been saying it since day one of this VAR implementation and before.Easiest job in the world this refereeing lark. Spent years being defended and having excuses made for them, because it’s such a difficult job. They get the help they need and they are so fucking arrogant they don’t even use it. They think they run the game and at the moment, they are correct.
This is the kind of stuff that discredits any discussion.
United clearly got shafted on it yesterday. Only a biased fool would say otherwise.
It’s not being done against us.
It’s being done against the tech. Refs want it gone.

Yep. I'm hoping this post convinces some of the more naive posters still clinging onto 'its a fair game " bollocks.Which includes 3 rag penalties in their favour all of which have been soft as sh*t.
3 penalties in 3 games so VAR is favouring the rags by not overturning incorrect decisions. VAR works both ways.
The idea I thought of VAR was to reduce if not eradicate incorrect decisions. It is completely and utterly failing and sh*tting on us at a great height.
Far too busy discussing player of the year pogba and City's tactical fouling. And of course you don’t see anything on media taking about it lol
If it’s fixed. Why are you bothering with football anymore? I wouldn’t be.Yep. I'm hoping this post convinces some of the more naive posters still clinging onto 'its a fair game " bollocks.
.
I do wonder...
Are they hoping that by causing so much controversy, by not overturning decisions, that the complaints from supporters will drive the powers that be to just fuck VAR off as a bad experiment?
Yeah they didn’t bother with all this “clear and obvious” crap last year. If the ref missed a penalty, he was told he may want another look at it on the half way line.I’m convinced now.
Again i’ll say it. They bought the lesser system. They are blaming var like it’s the computer refusing to overturn obvious fouls. Rags yesterday showed me this is all PGMOL and they will use any opportunity to turn fans against var as a tech.
We all know that one offside aside, the tech hasn’t been the issue-it’s how the refs are subjectively applying or failing to apply it.
All this from a bunch of referees who weren't deemed good enough to have one at the world cupAccording to var, there hadn’t been a single clear and obvious error in 28 matches.
It’s useless.
We are the ones with the most detailed reviews and 2 goals disallowed and a stonewall not given and rodders declared a cheat,we are the ones most hit so far, that is fact,we have dropped points because of it,it's hard to feel that we are getting a fair deal,if they have no intention of over turning the ref then what is the point? say so and spare us the pretend var checks, just because they haven't over turned the refs decisions on pens so far that doesn't mean they weren't pens, they need to be clear with us fans what this new threshold for pens is,even walton yesterday said he doesn't know what it is,with the rodders pen it was clear oliver didn't see it so they wouldn't have been over turning him if they gave it,it was a clear and obvious error instead they have tarnished rodders nameIf you believe it’s bent then why do you even bother?
Can you tell me, if it’s bent, then why has no decision on a penalty been overturned in 29 matches rather than just us? Or is that to make it less obvious as well?
As for 3 in 3 being suspect, was it or was it not a penalty on McTominay (sp?) yesterday?
You’re talking biased crap. Every set of fans (just about) hates var already, everyone thinks it’s screwing them and that’s after 3 games. I’m sure it will be unanimous by game week 15. Var is absolutely not fit for purpose and their rules on ‘clear and obvious’ just have to change. But that doesn’t mean that City are the one and only target and saying that is the case is pure paranoia.
I love Football pal.play every week.If it’s fixed. Why are you bothering with football anymore? I wouldn’t be.
when it happens to the scousers and the rags they'll be bang on it
I think it’s a case of the pl and uefa giving different instructions on whether close calls should be flagged. Either way there are going to be problems using VAR for offside calls near half wayIt was my understanding that 'close calls' (the commentators said it was very close, conveniently there was no replay) would not be flagged and then if it lead to a goal etc it would be VAR'd at stop of play...that clearly didn't happen on this occasion when Sterling is clean through.
That + the pen today have really fucked me off. It's a joke in its current guide and I have zero confidence that it will/can be improved.
But it’s not football. It’s WWE if it’s all fixed surely?I love Football pal.play every week.
Have done all my life.
Any more questions?
Exactly. All this from a bunch of referees who weren't deemed good enough to have one at the world cup
And they rely on fans to not be subjective which will undoubtedly hasten it’s demise. This is the kind of stuff that discredits any discussion.
