What Pep and City should do is collect video's of a dodgy VAR calls that is waved away, just like the United handball
or the Arsenal Havertz foul that was waved away. then match them up to a City VAR call that was given against us

Strange we haven't noticed before that Phil's right arm is deformed and doesn't have an elbow. As his backside beyond the black shaded 'part of his arm' isn't shaded black it is a reasonable assumption that only his arm is in an offside position.
