Great for him. Lescott, Barry, Nasri, Milner in particular all got huge grief over their moves.. back in the days when the deluded saw Villa/Everton/Arsenal to City as a step down (remember those days?) 'Told you so's' never tasted so sweet..

Totally agree. I have a real soft spot for Barry and Lescott in particular as I like their no-nonsense professionalism and the way they took the jibes on the chin without responding.
Without doubt they had the last laugh.
I bet there were a few players around the world regretting saying No to us on May 13th.

there has always been talk of who's going to come in and partner vinny, not this season though.
we do need another world class centre half though so we can rotate between the 3 for all the games we'll have to play.
fucking love the guy though. he's been awesome this past year and mancini deserves credit for backing him.
