Said it before but I would try for Mbuemo if we can get him out of Brentford (they do tend to sell their top for the right money).
Plays all across the front, mid twenties, knows the league, has pace, direct and not averse to shooting. Lot to like on this one.

Think it’s a great idea to get someone to challenge Haaland but not sure he’s the best fit. Great player, having a great season for sure.

Also we have Viana coming in and might be looking at other Sporting players. It’s been widely reported we had scouts at the CL game.

Wissa would be a decent shout for a back up striker too.

Agree - he is good enough to impact now, hopefully would get better plus isn’t so high profile he would throw his toys if didn’t play all the top games. Be a good Alvarez replacement - alvarez was too good for his role and out grew it - BM maybe longer term bet?

You have to start by imagining Tony Pulis in the dugout.

Add in a couple of defenders who can chip balls into channels and a long throw merchant and it becomes clearer.

Delap will be brought back, buy back option and a no brainer.

He plays back up for a season and if he is not pushing for a starting spot he will be sold again and for profit.

Would he even want to come back? He’s getting games now, can’t imagine he fancies coming back here to sit on the bench for most of the season
