I don't think anyone has to be concerned about Yaya. This would have nolthing to do with him. If this transfer happened.....our next seasons midfield pair would be Yaya-M'vila. With Barry,Milner and possibly De Jong as back-ups.
Then I dont see miner getting a game.
Milner might though

He has been, and always will be our utility player. Sometimes playing wide midfield and sometimes centrally. We have alot of games next season, hopefully more than last season.

So he will get games....i also think De Jong might be sold.

good news
Nah, Nige isn't leaving.

Good news too, because he's a great squad player

De jong is buy buy leaving foo sure
Nah, just because you don't like him because he brushed his arm against Mario once, doesn't mean he's leaving.

Anyone else starting to believe Patrick Vieira might have been the best signing Mancini ever made! First Samir last year, Hazard this year and possibly M'Vila. Other then Zidane for RM, what other top team has a living legend actively recruiting for them? (serious question)

Report: Inter keen on City's De Jong

According to Tuttosport, Inter Milan are keen to buy Manchester City's Nigel De Jong.
By ESPNSTAR.com staff

After failing in their bid to qualify for the Champions League next season, Inter Milan are desperate to build a stronger squad and prevent a repeat of this year's failure. The Italian club's management have identified De Jong as a possible candidate to strengthen their midfield.
Although he is contracted to Manchester City till 2013, the Dutchman has seen his first-team opportunities dwindle since signing for the English side in 2009. As such, the Nerazzurri will attempt to use the lure of playing time to tempt the former Hamburg player to move to Serie A.
With City manager Roberto Mancini keen to bring in several players in the summer, it remains to be seen if De Jong will fall further down the pecking order and if that will push him to agree to a transfer out of the Premier League champions.

-- Thu May 17, 2012 5:41 pm --
