its weird cos the first time i heard of us signing for patrick viera i was baffled,i didnt like it,however after seeing the match he played in just there and his professionalism and confidence on the ball i think he is going to be a extremely good player for us,think about it e dont really have a player who can keep hold of the ball and distribute it well.
i dont think for one minute that he is going to be the player he was at arsenal but i think i have seen enough of him today to suggest tghat he will be a very good signing.
just what we need
i think ppl on here arent happy with him cos hes not worth 50 million.people on here want our club to be football manager,weve built our team now we are building our squad..squad players dont cost 40 million pounds.
from now on i would be supriosed with many 40m signins,there wont be any in this window and if we do go down that route it will be nothing like the summer transfers.y would we bother?weve done it alredy,think people have to stop thinking this is football manager.
anyway i think viera will be a great signing.GREAT SQUAD PLAYER

He'll do our midfield no harm thats for sure.
I could see Mancio playing Viera and Barry in midfield, as they can both defend but also offer a better attacking option than Dejong does.
Don't get me wrong I think Dejong's awesome, and I was singing his praises when most bluemooners were blowing smoke up Kompany's arse but if we play 442, he's not an out an out central midfielder.
