Vieira - the offensive begins/Ferguson rant (merged)

They're not conspiracies though. Can you not see it reflected in the way your club is run and the players you have recruited?

....and still we keep winning trophy after trophy.
You'd think people would get bored of writing us off at this stage.

I would say that is in spite of your owners. Ferguson is your driving force. No other manager would be able to take the current United team to the top of the league. Hopefully, you will soon be in a position to compare how United compare with and without Ferguson.

Look at our squad: Vidic £7m, Evra £5m, Ferdinand £30m, Evans £0, Smalling £10m, Jones £18m, Rafael £2.5m, Fabio £2.5m, Carrick £16m, Anderson £20m, Park £4m, Rooney £30m, Cleverley £0, Welbeck £0, Berbatov £30m Valencia £16m, Nani £18m, Hernandez £7m

Only this!

Vidic, Rooney and Valencia only ones with a chance of making the city starting 11, vidic only on previous he could be done for now after this injury at his age...

Also, is Rag Cafe closed? why the hell do rags feel the need to pollute the atmosphere on here? beyond me

We have a few of our own and just because someone supports united is not a reason to ostracise them.
Oh

Is football tribal or banter and debate better?

I dined out for a whole season with Denis scoring the goal against them in 1974 and getting relegated.

Give him or her a chance.

So why didnt you get wesley schnieder when he came calling ??

surely it wasnt his wage demands was it..Truth is that since Berbatov you have not had a marque signing since.. That means one of two things;

1.You cant afford.( wesley schnieder)
2. No ones interested in you anymore.(except wesley schnieder)

And what a waste of money it would have been if we had of shelled out £250k a week on Sneijder seeing as he's been injured most of this season.

Decision justified.

Your 'no ones interested in you anymore' is a bit childish do you not think? United are, and will remain a top club for some time to come whether you like it or not tbh. I've been hearing the financial conspiracies for 7 long years now, and still we keep winning trophy after trophy. You'd think people would get bored of writing us off at this stage.

I must admit I'm surprised that they've kept being successful for so long, but there is an element of King Canute about united these days especially since Sheikh Mansour arrived.

We'll be relatively successful for the next few years as well. de gea, Rafael, Fabio, Evans, Smalling, Jones, Cleverley, Welbeck and Hernandez are all 24 or under and only going to get better. Added to the likes of Rooney, Nani, Valencia and Young who are just entering their primes plus Vidic should have a few more years left in him.

Pretty well set for the future as far as I can see. Glazers planning to float part of the club on the stock exchange indicates that they're on their way, debt significantly reduced and turnover as healthy as ever at £330m per annum. Those hoping for a decline anytime soon are clutching at straws tbh.

You must be joking. There will be no take up unless they issue a bond with over inflation returns. Its like throwing your money away otherwise.

I disagree.

That is just about the most positive spin you could have put on united.

Can you pm me with a hyperlink to their accounts or post one on here.

There's a few good squad players in there that we could use.

Re: Vieira - the offensive begins!

Not much argument about what that red said fair enough. It's funny when I see the city obsessives that go in with the conspiracy and will tell themselves anything they can to pretend there on the down slope haha.
