Its a gamble on both sides, he's got a lot of work to do to replace an ageing Chelsea side with the sort of quality required. Abramovic isn't one for giving a manager time, and yet he needs a minimum of 2 seasons. Uknown quantity. Supposed great man management skills and dilligent tactical to skills, that gives him at least one advantage over our manager. Negatves - will he be able to handkle the pressure? Time will tell, but a worthy gamble for chelsea IMO, and will be very interesting to seee how this pans out
