Villa allocation confirmed

Currently living in a place where I don't trust the post arriving on time. Reckon the club would allow me to pick my ticket up at the Everton game rather than have it posted out?

They send the tickets out first class. It's one of the few things you can't fault the ticket office on. I usually get them 1-2 days after i've bought them.

Cheers pal, I may wait and see how quickly it sells and hope to pick up a spare at the Everton match.

No worries. Even over Christmas when the post is notoriously slow I bought tickets for every away game and even then they came within a few days. I'd get them as soon as possible if i were you, i think the demand will be quite high for this. If you really want to pick them up at Everton you can probably have that arranged if you ring them up beforehand

This is one of those games where people who didn't go on the cup scheme will be kicking themselves!

Be a great away day this!

How much was the cup scheme this year mate and what did it include?

I always overlook it to save money, but maybe I need to start considering.

It doesn't cost anything, it's free to join the scheme, the only down side financially is that you HAVE to buy home tickets for the game. I'm one of those that would go to every home game regardless so for me it's a no brainer. So far, all the cup schemers have been lucky because we've been drawn away twice.

I think the club only lets a certain amount of people join the cup scheme so if we get to Wembley they are pretty much assured of getting a ticket.

All this platinum gold supreme ultimate key holder high grand almighty priest level 15 silver type three bullshit gets confusing.

So is there a difference between a season card holder and a cityzens member?

I've got about 6500 points after having a season ticket since 07/08 (before that I used to do most aways with a supporters club and pick up home tickets through them as well). In that time I've been platinum and in cup schemes, I got all moral about the cash for points platinum system and dropped out after the first year it was introduced (coupled with the fact I'd never catch the higher points and bigger away games anyway) and am gold only and in the champions league scheme this year.

Not that I think it will drop to my level, but if it did I'm in the same bracket as people who bought their season ticket this year at 9am and then any member at 1pm, just seems a big jump from having a season ticket for 8 years to one bought a few months ago, but that's the system.

I do think that is harsh however timeline left to get tickets out in time have forced this

Probably a stupid question but I normally only get my own so not sure of the answer - I'm planning on getting 5 tickets tomorrow afternoon online. All 5 applicants will have the requisite number of points and all are on the cup scheme, plus all are on my friends and family list. Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy on behalf of qualifying applicants in one transaction using this method?

No, as long as they are in your friends and family list you can get one for each and every one of them
