Villa season ticket wallet

Just noticed my iPhone wallet still shows our 3 season tickets/cup scheme as arsenal at home, should it not be showing villa by now? Can someone remind me if there is a way to manually force the ticket update?

Open the wallet, click on the three bars top right. Then go into the settings and refresh by clicking the green tab on and off
 
Mines not updated on Android still showing Arsenal, there's no way to force it either other than turn it off and on thats not worked. My old fella's ticket still showed Wolves for the Arsenal game but it let him in, presume mine wont update for the Villa game and ill have to play turnstile roulette, another wonderful facet of these mobile tickets!!

As your dad found out, it doesnt matter whats shown, if you have a ticket it will work. It would stop a lot of worry for people if the ticket just said 'Season Ticket' rather than list individual games.
 
My wallet has updated to the Villa game.
The Arsenal game is now under expired passes.
Never had this before,not that I'm bothered.

I've only had that for the Spurs home game, where I'd 'sold' the ticket originally and with the game date being changed got it back from City.
 
your barcode never changes so as long as your ticket account on citys site is saying your season card is active it won't matter.

the fa cup game mine still said wolve and it let me in
 

How do I refresh my mobile pass?​

If your mobile ticket is displaying the incorrect details, please follow the steps below.
Apple Wallet
  • Open your Apple Wallet
  • Click on your Season Ticket
  • Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of your screen
  • Make sure that ‘Automatic Updates’ are turned on (the icon/button should be green)
  • Drag the page down by placing your finger in the middle of the screen, then moving it down
  • This should then update to the correct details
Google Wallet
There is no manual way to update your Google Wallet. Please turn your device off and on, this should then update to the correct details.


Its all on City's website Tickets > Help & Support > Mobile Tickets
