Villa v Maccabi Tel Aviv - away fans banned | MTA confirm they will refuse any allocation for safety reasons (p26)

Villa fans seem to be OK with them being allowed to support their team, locals who don’t go to games decided they aren’t allowed in based on imported middle eastern sectarian religious hatred. Lets hope they don’t ban Spurs fans next
Yes it's a disgrace Israeli police imported middle eastern sectarian religious hatred and cancelled the Tel Aviv derby yesterday, what's next ? banning Spurs fans from coming ?

There is a big spoonful of double standards when it comes to this but I won't go into that and stay on topic. Ultimately a set of footballing fans should not be banned to a football match. Especially if they do that on the basis of home supporters not being able to control themselves.

They had issues at Ajax, because they very stupidly put on a pro Palestine protest on pre match. What on earth did they think would come of that? There is nothing to gain what so ever and if you care that much, pop over to Israel and protest, of course they fucking wouldn't. I would imagine that if there was no protests it would go a lot smoother. As someone else said, what happens when Spurs come to Villa this season then? I don't imagine the Tel Aviv fans are blameless and I imagine, like every set of footballing fans in the country, they will have cunts following them too. By banning them it has created a bigger story, their die hard fans I imagine will still travel and you potentially may get greater trouble than first feared.
I imagine you're also outraged by Frankfurt fans getting banned from Naples ? or Ajax fans from Marseille ? oh you didn't hear about that ? of course, because the leaders of Germany and the Netherlands didn't make it a national emergency and there was no massive faux outrage like in this story, so enough of this rubbish.

LOL, andrew fox. Another israeli propagandist spreading bullshit for low IQ gullible morons. This guy:

Anyway back to the racist maccabi hooligans, quick deep dive on them and their fans:

1 - they took mossad agents with them Jerusalem post (this is like us bringing the MI6 on a euro away.) and went round attacking people. Lowkey interviewed a well known local witness who said that maccabi hooligans were "just tearing up the streets, attacking people, throwing stuff, kicking people off their bikes". He says there were over 300 of them and some were wearing idf shirts. Youtube.

Even the mail reported on this one - "Israeli football hooligans tear down Palestine flags in Amsterdam as taxi drivers 'fight back' in night of chaos ahead of Maccabi Tel Aviv's visit to Ajax" Mail

2 - nice maccabi sing song round town of "Death to the arabs" Video

3 - disrespected the victims of the Valencia flood which tragically took the lives of over 2 hundred people Video

4 - Maccabi fans were 'traumatised' apparently, but that didn't stop them singing their lovely little ditty:

"Ole ole, ole ole ole, Let the IDF win & fuck the Arabs, Ole ole, ole ole ole, Why is school out in Gaza? There are no children left there!”" Video

Note that cctv of local women being attacked and spat on by maccabi hooligans was erased - Dutch News Al Jazeera

Bit of extra context on maccabi - Their CFO was sacked earlier this year for saying "Anyone who travels to Africa should not be surprised to find monkeys around him" Twitter. At least they sacked him I suppose...

As a proud british patriot I am very relieved that these racist maccabi hooligans won't be invading our shores. Hopefully Birmingham council and police stand up to the israel lobby and stick by the decision to ban these scumbags
Curiouser and curiouser, said Alice.

Turns out, the so-called, "Jewish Villains" group didn't even exist until this controversy broke.

Agreed
But IMHO the threat to life is probably greater

Of course, but if it's a H&S decision then it's a non-issue in general football terms. Anyone who thinks it's political can join the other fucktards in Off-Topic and stop contaminating the football threads with their bullshit.

Or because it is in a country I do not live? I tend to be outraged by things that happen close to home, unlike many.

I'm delighted that the police are suddenly taking the welfare of Israeli Jews seriously, given they've done fuck all previously to make the UK Jewish community feel safe.
Agree entirely, it is just a shame that they are punished because of the behaviour of locals.

Oh well old firm matches have been without away fans many times, Legia Warsaw fans were banned from England too recently.

Because of their own actions. Not because they cannot control the locals
