only if the ref saw it has a definite goal scoring chance.....i think he was going to one side of the pen area....for me this rule stinks; surely the fact you are bearing down on goal in the pen box indicates its a definite goal scoring chance

last man in the penalty area is also denying a goalscoring oppourtunity... Think the ref bottled it, didnt want everyone talking about the ref ruining a cup final.
