I like that line up! i like this rotation policy! the premier league are still our priority.
Lose at QPR and we've got 27 games to make up for it. Lose tonight and we're almost out of the CL this season!

Hmm no Lescott in another CL away game? Very strange.
VERY strange! He's been our best defender this season. The best in the league, in fact. I'm slightly unhappy about this. But will be right behind Savic, hope he does well!

presumably giving him a rest given that he is crucial on Saturday with Vinnie suspended. The negativity in this thread astounds me - that is a great team, what the fuck is up with people?

We're not going to win the Champions League this season, we might win the Premier League

CL qualification from the group stages would help the fight against FFP a lot though, the money for every game is huge.

No negativity mate just a lot of surprised Blues! You're right though this is an excellent team, one of the best midfields in Europe out there tonight.

This! Totally baffled why Lescott cant be started in an away match in the CL!
Anyone but Lescott seems to be the policy.

I have faith in Bob but last time dropping Lescott backfired badley - if it happens again tonight were out.

If we get past the group stage, i believe we will go the furthest out of all the English squads in the competition.. Chelsea, Arsenal and United have not been tested so far this season in the CL and they all are still having worrying and struggling moments. If we break through from the teams we have played i feel comfortable we can give anybody ago.. including the might of Barcelona.

Oh well lets play reserves then. Fook it, lets just pack up and go home!
