Definitely not tiredness, he wouldn't walk off if he was tired, also when they just scored a goal. Maybe he just thought the game ended lol.

hopefully he went off as a precaution...its not unusual to get twinges after such a long lay off....he seemed to be walking fine.....worringly though it was directly after the goal which he was at full stretch to try and stop (which would all in likely result in some sort of strain or something)

That wasn't tiredness, that was an injury, his face said it all , prior to that (as mentioned) he stretched out when they scored, which has always been one of Vinnie's things, over exerting himself.

Did nobody notice the beads of sweat on him, it wasn't raining... if you've ever really over exerted yourself or your body isn't up it on any given day you can feel physically sick and there was seconds left. If he's said that to Clichy then we should just wait and see before putting any virtual nails in any coffins.

The thread is for Vinny's performance, not sure his injury counts as truly performance related. However I didn't know the reason for merging threads was traffic so fair dos, more understandable in that case.
