I thought he was limping a bit from around the 20 minute mark, great shame for vinny but I think when stones comes back he won't be getting back in, fit or not
he said in the paper he has 18mths left on his contract and he hopes to have a role at the club after that,i think he will keep going its just if pep feels he can risk playing him or notJust relegated himself to the “we need to rest players, so ___________ should get a game” category...and that’s AFTER he proves his fitness. No way Pep lets him near the field until he has proven himself for a couple of weeks on the training pitch.
I am not sure whether that means he tries to leave in January to protect his Belgium position for the World Cup or not, but if City can bring in replacements, I think they would let him go, with thanks for a good career and good luck for the summer. Maybe, it will be Kompany that leaves, not Mangala?!!!
If he’s not getting a game, he doesn’t play for Belgium and he doesn’t Captain his country in Russia vs England. That might make him think twice about his 18 months at City....if he can get fit and find another home (which wouldn’t be hard, IF fit!).he said in the paper he has 18mths left on his contract and he hopes to have a role at the club after that,i think he will keep going its just if pep feels he can risk playing him or not
we look after our legends,he will stay and train here which is the correct thing to doIf he’s not getting a game, he doesn’t play for Belgium and he doesn’t Captain his country in Russia vs England. I would have no problem with his having a role at City, but I doubt it will be at the training ground with Pep!
City used to be known as a team with a million “hangers on,” and I’m afraid we are going to turn back int9 that now we are having some success again. I hope not. There are only a handful of City players who should have any part in City looking forward. They are ALL welcome back, but as for having a JOB, I think it should be few and far between.

Sure....we trot them out for the VIP Suite and help them in retirement. Heck, I’ve been met most of them myself and my Dad was a friend of Buzzer and used to buy his shirts from him, but I think VK heads to the pundit booth, where the cheques have a few more zeroes on them and the Missus can keep her million dollar lifestyle. Nicest send off they could do for him is pay out the last year of his contract and let him leave, IF he still wants to play.we look after our legends,he will stay and train here which is the correct thing to do
Lol Karen. I only read your post but hadn't seen the name of the poster. I told myself, "this must be Karen" and guess what? When I checked for the name of the poster, I saw "Karen".we look after our legends,he will stay and train here which is the correct thing to do

However, like Zaba, he will quickly find out how many of his teammates were covering his ass for his last season or two.
He certainly does, as does Zaba. However, I don’t think either of them are ready to hang it up or walk away from the £10,000s/ per week just yet. Still young in footballing terms (at some level or other, just not the pinnacle), and neither one will EVER have to buy a drink in amanchester or not be cheered regardless of the shirt they are wearing. If he doesn't come into the few and far between category who the fuck does ?
Lol,i like to look after those who have brought us so much glory not turf them out on their earLol Karen. I only read your post but hadn't seen the name of the poster. I told myself, "this must be Karen" and guess what? When I checked for the name of the poster, I saw "Karen".
