I’ve not got my ticket email yet either, sigh. Also, I’m in the CL scheme, but my account is asking me to reserve my seat for each game. Anyone else got this and what should we do about it?

When you say its asking you to reserve your seat, do you mean that in your account under "reservations", and are you looking at it on a phone ?

If so this is because they haven't taken payment yet, the tickets are in reservations, because they are reserved for you, if you tick the box for all 3 and click confirm reservations, then you'll pay for all three now. If you look on a laptop/pc you will see a "reference number" at the end of the line, which is effectively a reservation number.

I'd never "assume" anything with City ticket store if I'm honest. I'd just check that you have the reference number under the Tab "Reservation", if you have then they will just take payment on the payment date. You can also make sure you are registered on the ticket scheme, if you are then so long as your card details are up to date it should be fine.

I got the same message as AHT so thanks for that. I was going to ring the Ticket Office on Thursday to allow them to sort out Wednesday's tickets. It seems there were delays in getting in today - not sure if it was tickets.

Found something out today re print at home tickets as it wouldn't let us in
Couldn't find original e mail so got them to send it again. Found the original email printed it out only to find out the later e mail had canceled the original tickets. Hence why we couldn't get in.
Can see loads of people getting caught Wednesday this way??

I ordered 3 for a mate and that email has arrived.
