I thought, when a player has a concussion, there were rules in place that prevented them from playing on? Also, in that situation, the decision needs to be taken out of the players hands. When you've suffered such a severe blow to the head your decision making skills will be affected and you can end up making poor judgements. All in all the Belgian management have a lot to answer for here.
