suppose I can't disagree with that, I guess then we should start coming round to the idea that unless we unearth the Beswick Bergkamp, Moss side Messi or Collyhurst Cruyff whom are instantly brilliant the only purpose our much vaunted academy will serve is on the balance sheet marked under player salesI think now the PL has changed that much that time is no longer a luxury clubs (top clubs) can afford to take. There are so many financial incentives that having a model of needing to succeed almost immediately is defacto, particularly if the manager wants to keep his job - sad but IMO, true.
