Flew over me and BG74, didn't know what it was tbh
Amazingly it doesn't seem to be flying over Chadd. Going over Warton & Samlesbury, which had nothing to do with it but not over Chadderton, where it was designed and the sub-assemblies were built. Coming into Barton from Warton over Westhoughton, Atherton & Tyldesley then turning SW to Lymm, where it's going to turn and fly up to Woodford via Knutsford. They flew over the Chadderton factory after the Falklands War.What time is it flying over chadderton? Can't get on that link on my iPad
It is but it's the final flights as they can't keep it in the air any longer. A great shame as, together with Concorde, it's one of the finest things we ever producedHow come it's flying over again?
Such a beautiful aircraft.
The sound of those engines at full tilt ...just wow.It is but it's the final flights as they can't keep it in the air any longer. A great shame as, together with Concorde, it's one of the finest things we ever produced
The sight and sound are just breathtaking. It's staying at Robin Hood Airport I believe, where it's already on static display when not flying. The sound of those engines at full tilt ...just wow.
Any plans to make it a static attraction like the concorde?
