I hate them but understand it is South African Culture.

So I would allow them for SA matches only and let the fans support their Team which everyone will be doing, and ban them for all other Games.

IIRC they've only been using them at football grounds since they were awarded the WC. If FIFA are taking this line for all world cups in future i expect to see onlyscantily clad females gyrating to samba music through Brazil 2014 and; should england get it the crowd to consist of blacked out cars playing drum and bass at full blast whilst the drivers are shagging their underage girlfriends over the bonnet whilst swilling a bottle of blue WKD.
