Waldorf

Used to go in the Waldorf in the 70's....and the 80's when it had a disco upstairs.....bit mental to be honest.

The Brunswick nearby was always full of City waiting for the London special full of reds
 
Was in there last Saturday as start of a stag do, was sound, they seem to have eradicated that 'pissed up uppity twat dancing on tables with chairs' lot that started frequenting there a while back, now it's more proper northern working class types.
 
It's a pub I've used sparingly over the years but the beer isn't the best anymore. The Bulls Head further down the road suits.

We were in there before a Monday night match and there was an old man in a panama hat dancing alone to Robert Palmer songs on the jukey. It was about 4pm.
