walking on egg shells with robinho

Robinho will be the talk of the Prem next year, he will be the player to replace Ragnaldo as the one the commentators wnak over, hes had a good first season now watch him go.

Hughes will do what he feels is necessary in regards to Robinho and whatever he does will be the best for the club.

We as fans don't need to worry about this. IMO though Robinho wants to play with great players, the type of players like Tevez, Barry and Manu. He's sad one of his best mates isn't playing for the club but I think he realises the reasons why and as a professional respects that. If he doesn't then Hughes will quickly ship him out. No one is bigger than the team(god I sound like a rag!) but it's true.

Robbie if fit should start every game.
I agree, but now we have a few more players aded to the squad...he'll have 2 fight 4 his place more than he did last season.

Robinho is still the most creative player in our squad and I think Hughes signings, Tevez, Manu and Barry have all been bought to compliment Robinho. Some players are simply not designed to track back and defend and when you have someone with as much flair and skill as Robinho does you match them with players who can the things he can't. Barry will be great defensive cover on the left side of midfield which when teams counter attacked used to put so much pressure on Bridge as Robinho isn't a defensive player at all.

I really think Hughes will start Robinho in all our most important matches. I hope.

I think we all need to keep robby as tha fans favourite because thats what he thrives off, he loves being loved and performs under it. But I agree that he will have more space in a game as he's not our only threat so he won't get marked out og the game and he wont be under so much pressure from fans and the media etc. so he should perform, hopefully.
Robby will always be my favourite as he started this off.

Indeed, he is the best player in the club!

I also think he is very proffesional in what he does. when he said last year, the team lacks winning mentality he was SO RIGHT!!!!

our home record showed something was terrible wrong! and i still believe that is our main disadvantage now, hope MH can prove me wrong though.

Robbi will not be a problem this season, he fully understand what is happening. and he would not want to leave if we tried to sell him, thats my feeling about him

he loves the club and he love the spending spree!!!

Robbi last year was to goood for us actually last year we did not deserved a player like him, he has proven us wrong, and we have proven him we are serious!

cheers

You don't drop a player of this standard.

If we Drop robbie, for the blackburn game, it was just show lack of loyalty. We should never drop robbie, he was the 1st superstar to join this team, and hopefully, he'll stay for a long time.

`robbi was to good for us!`he didn`t turn up for half the games last season, hes a great talent but he is part of a team who have to work for each other and help out when we don`t have the ball and turn up for away games, either that or he`ll find himself being used as an impact player like he was at real madrid in the latter stages of his time there.
