Was this the story pulled earlier? Mancini V Tevez {merged}

There was definitely something not quite right with Tevez on Sunday.Does anyone know why he ran to santa cruz on the bench after he scored? that struck me as odd.!.

I thought the same. I wonder whether he was having a pop at Mancini for not giving RSC a game and was dedicating the goal to his forgotten mate. Or sarcatically thanking a much needed fellow striker for an 'assist'. Whatever, it was a bit odd.

For some reason it seems there is always someone at City who thinks the whole world needs to know about it.

Your line reminded me about Frank Clark referring to a mysterious 'fifth column' at the club.

Yep. It seems a problem is extremely difficult to erradicate.

Story's spreading all right.

I've been in some intense dressing rooms before, (obviously nothing of the same standard,) but important games none the less and what was true there is true in every team, no matter what level. No matter how bad or intense things got no one had a go, and shouldn't, have a go at the manager the way we are being told Tevez did.

These things might happen once in a blue moon, fine, but the same type of stories have been doing the rounds for a while now, and all suggest the same thing, that the manager is not respected.
You don't, no matter how pissed off or wound up you are, have a go at the manager if you respect him and his decisions.

And if you do, well, they usually end something like Roy Keane and Mick McCarthy in Saipan saga.

It doesn't matter how far up shit creek you think you are, without a paddle, you just don't act the way they apparently did today.

If Ladyman did get this from an insider in the dressing room at HT it should be fairly easy for City to work out who it is, especially as Carlos can't forcibly put over an argument in English.

Another thing that should be considered is a technical sweep of all MCFC 'private' areas for listening devices - certain newspapers have shown that they have no scruples in how they obtain stories eg phone voice mail hacking.

The endless stream of negative stories coming out of our club is gettin on my tits.
Why the hell aren't MCFC managing the press better. If there is a 5th column , get the tw@t out pronto.

I think we all know by now that there is fuck all anyone can do about what some of the tabloids print. A waste of time and energy trying to stop them. That said, as shitty and pathetic as some of the things they come up with, usually there's a bit of truth in there, and that's what worries me.

With all our money, we should hire a bit of an hard bastard to be Bobby's lieutenant. So the next time Shay Given pipes up with "how about a game, boss?", Mancini can strut over to him, give him a bit of a bitchslap, safe in the knowledge that his right hand man will look after him.
