there is just a thing that may be call vital for a club. and is not the manager , or worst , a player. the only one vital thing is the owner.
That crosses the line of erroneous reporting, no wonder the club are considering legal action.ROBERTO MANCINI claims that his dressing room bust-up with Carlos Tevez was 'really ballsy' and necessary.
The Manchester City boss told Tevez to "Go f*** your mother" in an incredible dressing-room spat at half-time in Manchester City's 2-1 victory over Newcastle on Sunday.
But Mancini insisted: "What happened happens in our dressing room as well as in others. And when it matters it is good that it happens.
"Against Newcastle, City slept in the first half, and the confrontation with Tevez was the alarm call everybody needed.
"Here there is a different mentality than in Italy. Now and then a good shake-up is healthy here.
"The confrontation with Tevez was a confrontation 'con le palle', really ballsy. And in the second half City deservedly won. The alarm call worked well.
"We sorted everything between us before the restart. When I took him off at the end we shook hands."
Tevez had argued that City were playing too negatively at half-time on Sunday when Mancini launched his four-letter retort.
The pair had to be pulled apart by players and a member of the coaching staff.
Tevez scored a first-half penalty as City went in level at 1-1 with Newcastle before Adam Johnson turned supersub to grab a second-half winner.
Despite the bust-up Mancini is full of praise for Tevez, who he made club captain in the summer.
Mancini said: "He scores in the big matches and he fights against defenders 6ft 4in tall. He has got quality and grit.
"I want him to improve under all respects - he has the potential and he is improving. Not just by scoring goals."
Tevez netted his fifth goal of the season on Sunday with his first-half penalty before Johnson landed the winner in the second half.
Manager Mancini has kept Johnson on the bench of late, to the player's great frustration.

This approach came partly as a punishment for Johnson's reaction to being subbed in the 1-1 home draw against Blackburn when he shook his head at the sideline.
But Mancini still has faith in the England winger.
He said: "Adam is young, but has got what it takes.
"He only needs to understand it is not enough to dribble past an opponent six times to feel entitled to feel at the top.
"You need to dribble as well as make a cutting shot like the goal against Juventus, or in the 2-1 against Newcastle.
"If I didn't believe in Adam's potential I would not work him like this."
Mancini has employed Tevez on his own up front this season and, despite being second in the league, has attracted criticism for an apparent negative approach.
But he insists that when he has all his players fit, including striker Mario Balotelli, things will be different.
Mancini said: "Adebayor has just recovered, Balotelli not so.
"Without flying full-backs like Boateng and Kolarov, who can push forward, I've had to adjust the team in order to get results and stay in touch with the leaders."
The manager is enjoying life in Manchester after moving his family over from Italy this summer.
He said: "We live an English life, we are doing fine like this. Weather apart.
"I feel the weather is the only thing you can honestly criticise here."
