Why do they allow blind people to referee in the prem?

I have nothing against blind people, just seem like an odd job for a blind person.

I thought the Kolarov tackle for the second yellow was as bad as the Davies booking, but my eyes may have deceived me.

agree never a yellow card he came in leading with his right foot won the ball but with momentum took the player after the tackle with both feet imho mariner got it completely wrong.
