Bit of a misleading post. Dzeko was well known to be a super sub of some sorts for City, but more often than not, he was poor when starting a game due to him being out of form. He was very much a player that had to start every game to be in some sort of form. Jesus has struggled this season, but he is going to when he’s hardly started in the prem.

I think Mahrez has been very good, but I just love watching Sané play.
 
First match in 18 months I'm absolutely shitting it.

I think it just sits too mundanely here. Our players will no doubt have one eye on the weekends game and that scares me.

Paired with the scouse fluke on Sunday, any dropped points tonight would give them huge momentum.

Having said that, it'll be 5-0 :-)
 
I think this will be a tricky game. It is in the middle of a tough run, cold, we have a few injuties and they are a pretty good team. They had a few good chances before we put the game to bed last year

They are a big, quick team with creativity up front and the potential to run through us we we are not at it.

This is going to be a game of football. We might win. We might draw. We might lose. At some point it is likely that somebody will score a goal. This could happen multiple times, so keep your eyes peeled for that.

Surely even I can't go wrong with predictions like those?

Second team to score 5+ in 3 consecutive league away games against the same opposition. WBA did it to Birmingham back in the 50s or 60s.
 
Aguero has an Abductor injury picked up yesterday. Out tonight and a serious doubt for Saturday. Faces a maximum of 2 weeks out
 
What has happened to Jesus? He appears to have gone backwards. He doesn't even seem to score tap in's anymore or look like scoring. You can't fault his enthusiasm or effort but he needs to start scoring again.

He hasn't played enough to gain any form. Playing in fits and spurts is going to help him reach top form. These next 3 games are his perfect chance to show us what he has got and what we know he has got
 
Aguero out and will likely miss the Chelsea game too.

Thankfully we don't just rely on our forwards to score.

Although Jesus needs to start scoring again.

I hope you are right otherwise Sterling in the middle could be an option.
 
I think tonight will be very difficult. They will have a free hit as they won’t have any real pressure for a result while i’d be a little concerned with our focus with Chelsea on the horizon. Any sort of win will do.
 
Really big game from a psychological point of view tonight

Scousers obviously hugely boosted by that crazy last minute winner

We must take the opportunity to get 5 points in front again and halt their giddiness, before it reaches epic proportions

They have 1 point from 4 games mate, they're under pressure for a result even if they don't think they'll get one.
