I am sure Mazzari is watching some of our games this season and tries to look at our weaknesses and punish them. Will the "obsessed with opponents" Pep do the same? I hoe he is doing the same.

More than likely they will park the pass, counter, and do it quickly meaning if they get the ball at the back they wont play tippy-tappy passing to bring the ball up (until we could reorganize at the back) but one-two maybe 3 passes they will try to be at our box unless even faster with a long ball.

I really hope our answer wont be Navas having the ball in good position to cross 30 times to only really cross is well like 3 times all other times he wont beat the defender.
And if we do have this situation then please tell City players to arrive in the box apart from one striker so the crosser actually have a chance to find somebody between 4-5 Watford defenders ready to block or clear that cross.

We dont need to be magical to beat a mediocre Watford at home. But we do need to get the basics right and too many times this season we didnt do that.

Formation hardly matters imo, 3 defenders, 4 defenders, look at Chelsea 9 wins in a row hardly conceding with 3 defenders.

What matters in the system/gameplay and the tactical discipline. You play any high line with 3 or 4 defenders but dont press upfront/track back every time then the balance goes out of the window and the whole team is a fucking mess. With 4 defenders as well.

Confidence of the team must be really low now, we really should avoid conceding an eary goal to Watford. Its true for every game of course but right now this shit run we just having we really should start high tempo try to score as early as we can, and build on that instead of concede some stupid goal and panic for 80 minutes.

Two home games in a week, Watford than the big one vs Arsenal, to be honest I dont think it will be a good week for us, can see two draws or a draw/loss which just gives Conte so big advatage even he wont believe it. Mazzari is a clever Italian coach, we just lost to Conte and Ranieri even tho dominating the matches in possession.

While Arsenal will happily give up some possession in return for nice chances for Ozil, Sanches on the break they did that earlier vs Pellegrini too.

If you remember the first time we played Arsenal in the league with Pellegrini we beat them 6-3 as they were naive. Wenger learn a lot from that after that we played 5 more times Pelle vs. Wenger in the league in 3 years:
29.03.2014Arsenal 1-1 Manchester City
13.09.2014 Arsenal 2-2 Manchester City
18.01.2015 Manchester City 0-2 Arsenal
21.12.2015 Arsenal 2-1 Manchester City
08.05.2016 Manchester City 2-2 Arsenal

We never beat them after the 6-3, 3 draws and two losses in 5 games. Wenger adapted to us.

Bravo

Sagna tosin otamendi kolorov
Stones
Sterling gundogan kdb nolito
Nacho

Will hopefully help with our problems in both boxes

From reports I was reading I thought Guardiola watched every opponent and then drew up a game plan to beat them. I was looking forward to that, rather than the Pellegrini method of just attack and fuck the defence. However, I'm not so sure I've seen us adapt, or give our defence more protection.

He mixed up his leicester and west brom tapes. Easy mistake.

,
No chance of beating Arsenal

I'm expecting a 2-2 draw, with our usual comical defending cancelled out by goals from KdB and Sterling.

Whatever Team/Tactics he used in the first home league game if the season the one where the full backs cut into midfield

----------------Bravo
Maffeo--Sagna--Otamendi--Kolarov
---Sane--KDB--Silva--Sterling
--------Iheanacho--Nolito

That would be my team. Or Tosin perhaps. Wouldn't mind Delph in the team either if he's fit because we need someone to join the forward line and get in on the end of the crosses that are going in.
