Just think we dont need to set our selves up for a mighty fall.

So wayne you have decided to stay with the evil empire, was there any point when you considered moving to City etc etc

City haven't done anything so how have they set themselves up for a fall?
Sorry, i meant the supporters , judging by some on this board he is already a City player.

Dwight Yorke STILL belives Rooney will stay and hopes he can sort it out with baconface!!

Do these ex-rag players live on the same planet as everyone else?

Is this the same Dwight Yorke that shat on Villa (the club that gave him his break and where he spent most of his PL career). The same bloke that told his club he didn't want to play for them anymore even though Villa did not want to sell to the rags? The one who downed tools during games and left his club with no choice but to flog him. The one who left for more money? You know the yet another record signing tapped up player on huge wages as the rags added his goals to go alongside yet another record signing Andy Cole who had also moved there for the money and so bought the (spit) treble and other trophies. The one who further repaid the Villa fans that worshipped him by later joining the enemy Birmingham?

Shirley not yet another unbelievable rag hypocrite??!!

This is an interesting situation, I just dont see how he can play for the rags again? He'll be booed, and it will be a mare for him, so.....
As I see it a good option for him would be to buy out his contract and go on a very long holiday to get out of the limelight, maybe train with City if he wishes to keep fit and match ready? Then in the summer join us with a £10m signing on fee. The rags dont get a penny (except the £5m), we get the player for £10m only and every one is happy! Think the break from the game for 6 months would be good for him and help him refresh, sort his head and marriage out and get focused. Plus it will let everything die down a little before he signs for us ;0)

Dont like the Webster ruling talk to be honest. As much as I would love for United to end up with fuck all I really dont agree with players invoking the ruling. I think it will be terrible for the game if top players start shafting their clubs to pocket what would be the transfer fee.

My thoughts, and wishes, exactly. Give the lad six months off, let the man find his passion for the game again and regain top fitness with us.

I just dont understand how he could even think to leave the worlds greatest football club in the world ever. I mean on the scale of great things in the world there is

1) world peace
2) sex with the woman you love
3) United
4) santa

I mean look. Regardless of who plays for them they are still the greatest man united in the world ever and we all know success lasts for ever. he's a fool for not knowing that united are the best thing ever

Listen, I love City as much as any blue but even I couldn't put Rocky 4th. Maybe if it wasn't for all his injuries...;]

My mate who has his ear to the ground on most footy stuff, has just told me we have verbally agreed a deal of 240 Grans a week.
