Very good point, both were instrumental in our win yesterday.

Kolorov is nailed on to start. Pellers will give Clichy another game's rest so his injured foot can get better.
I would play Saturdays team.
Kolarov is the best crosser of a ball in the team so he should start more often than not, especially since Navas can't find a blue shirt with his crosses.
Navas has created more chances than any other City player, and is near the top of chances created in the Premiership

Strongest team available, which for me would include Clichy.

Save any rotation for Burnley at home i.e Sagna, Kolarov coming in.

Any news on Jovetic possibly making the bench?
MEN carried this quote from Pellegrini on Kompany and Jovetic.

We will see during the week along with Jovetic whether they can be fit for Friday. It’s difficult.

Sounds like both have a slim chance, but could return for Burnley

Got a feeling this one might be the end of our run. We are so limited with the injuries that we might not be able to break west Brom down.

We are no worse than we have been for the last 4 games!

I know. Just got a feeling our luck might run out. Not that any of them have been lucky wins, just that we might be due to conceed an unlucky goal or something, or miss loads of chances.

Logic dictates we should win of course. But this strikerless team might find it hard to chase a game if a few things go wrong. Hopefully it's just a touch of paranoia.

Go with your logic

What a dismal outlook.

Happy Christmas.

For some reason just not confident about this match. Remember us drawing 0-0 on Boxing Day year we won the league first time. And maybe because lescott is playing.

I had these feelings on Saturday, and that turned out OK :)

Whilst over confidence in football is never a good thing, I would like to know why you and a couple of others are not confident or are fearing the worst?

Is it a defence mechanism, in order to nullify any possible disappointment? I am not taking the piss here either because we are are in fine form and WBA are not, so logic would dictate a good result is a strong possibility although anything is possible in football as we all know

Not sure why because I was confident mostly every game, in this 8 game run apart from sunderland for obvious reasons. Early goal like last season should kill any fear about this game.

Not with me, Ducado. My gut feel is more often positive than negative. There weren't many who felt we'd beat bayern and roma, but I was one.

I just have this sense that we are due a bit of bad luck. There's no real rational reason for it apart from the fact that we haven't had any to speak of for a month or so.

Don't get me wrong. If I was a betting man I wouldn't hesitate to bet on a City win because, even with all of our absences, if we played them 10 times we'd win 7, draw 2 and lose 1. I've just got a daft little gut feel it will be the one and we will get an unjust result.
