There is about to be an offensive on Idlib and there is no doubt that Assad will again use chemical weapons on the FSA, and the Al Qaeda factions in the area.
Its also going to be another war crime committed this time by Russia and Syria as they will take out Syrian innocents in all this too.
You can also search and see the Russian propaganda has already started with this.
The reason i asked for it to be moved was preemptive.

I take it that you didn’t even bother to read it. If you had, you would at least show the slightest concern that someone on the inside is claiming that the OPCW reports misrepresented the truth. Innocent people died because of this.

The Daily Mail claim to have seen the OPCW email. They also name one of the scientists that disputes the Western narrative.

It also references the work of Guardian columnist Jonathan Steele, who recently published the account of an OPCW official:

There’s no where near enough there yet.

There’s an element of doubt there and I’ve read a little more to suggest this, from when I posted what you’ve just quoted.
The honest answer is I don’t know anywhere near enough and those that are in a position to, political commentators of whom I respect and trust, who do doubt the West’s version, don’t claim to know for sure either.
I’m waiting for the truth to come out for sure.
