We can still win the league

We were excellent last night, but we need to stay grounded and realise west ham played into our hands! They allowed us far too much time on the ball, no one will make that same mistake as they did! Also the size of West hams pitch benefited us a lot more than them, and I can see them decreasing the size of it next season to benefit them!

Chelsea will drop points but we'll drop more, especially around champions league week! The defence is still suspect when we're high pressed, also our record vs the top 6 in the last 2 years hasn't been great and we still have to play those teams yet!

If we can keep it up I reckon we could finish second, which will be great as long as we don't finish 4th it doesn't bother me.

The first part of your post is bollocks the reason we had time is because of our movement they couldn't keep up with it that is what Pep wants its not the passing it's the movement that matters

Only pulling your leg because of your username :-)

I'm with you. It's unlikely, but definitely do-able. Depends on Chelsea's mental resolve and our form. Momentum is a powerful force when the days start getting longer.

Is always good to be positive and to believe, we are looking good at the moment and I feel like we are starting to move up a gear with a lot more to come. Our two league wins over the past five years have shown that we can never be written off.

Watch the game again, West ham barely even pressed us, and once our players made a run in midfield west hams players backed away! You can't deny that west ham were the most disorganised team we've played against!

Funny how we always play against the worst/most disorganised/unlucky/most injured teams when we play them i watched again today and stand by my comment

Oh yee of little faith. I put £50 on us yesterday to win the league with Unibet at 14/1, that's how confident I am that we're the best team in the league by a country mile as we've played every team, save Spuds away, off the park. The missing golden egg was taking chances and scoring goals and a somewhat shaky defence. I believe this has now been corrected, so much so that I've another £20 on winning the CL. Only time will tell but I believe :)

I'm not saying we didn't play well, just that the way West Ham set up complimented us massively! If every team were to be as cautious and unorganised as West Ham were we would comfortably beat everyone! 80% of Premier League clubs know how to make it difficult for us, and know if you are to pressure our midfield we have less of a chance completely tearing teams apart.
Look at Leicester, Boro, Everton (Home and Away), Tottenham (Home and Away), Southampton and Liverpool.... These are games were we've dominated and come away with 1 or 0 points because we've panicked when put under pressure (something West Ham didn't even attemot to do once), I think the total adds up to 16 points which is poor! Even minus 6 of those points would put us equal with Chelsea now, world class teams don't drop points after being in a dominating position, and this is what I mean about pressing us and putting us under pressure till we buckle!
