We must NOT underestimate West Ham on Saturday

forums do make me smile ;)

you talk about the tevez/ammers wankathon, how many of you lot get off on that tevez goal he scored against manure last day of the season to keep us up.

you talk about our players as useless, fine you may have a point, but be prepared to eat your words

what i do know about saturday is you lot are more than welcome, always have a good crack in the central with the citeh boys (proper fans), the ammers wont defend it will be an open game and i predict goals.

good luck in your empire building, but do us a favour and ave a day off saturday;) COYI

I'd take a draw.

Who will be the central striker? Jo? Adebayor? I'd be happy if Adebayor started, but he seems out of the picture at the moment.

It's time for City to rally around and learn how to play when Tevez is out. Liverpool managed to put 3 past Villa last night without Torres and Gerrard playing. Balotelli, Adebayor, Silva, Johnson... These players should strike fear in to West Ham hearts.

I was really worried about Fulham yet we destroyed them. I believe West Ham were very poor against Sunderland recently.

Believe. We'll win.

Torres is one of the big reasons why Liverpool have been struggling, he has been playing poorly. No surprise when he doesn't play Liverpool have one of their best performances of the year.

Carlito is the leagues best striker and is a huge miss when not playing.

Overall, Torres is an incredible player who has done great things in a Liverpool shirt. He's presently having a bad spell. If anything, I'd say he had a special relationship with Benitez and Hodgson is still work in progress with him.

Balotelli should be leading the attack with Jo supporting..cant see Adebayor starting a Premier League game.

West Ham are not bottom of the league in December because they cause teams problems, they are bottom because they are total shite

I watched them vs S'land and they were clueless, as long as we settle quickly I expect us to win comfortably

Wasn't bothered personally; United had already won the league, and I quite wanted Sheffield United to stay up!

Don't think anyone's been having a go at West Ham either - the title of the thread says it all really...?

It's a banana skin alright .....

but three other clubs , including Bolton , have already won there so there is hope ....... just a matter of approaching the game right , and remaining focused.

Eh,
the only times I would take a draw in advance this season is against the other current top five clubs away from home. We ain't going to win all the others but we have to be looking to win more than we draw or lose particularly against the bottom of the table clubs, with or without Tevez.

Most City fans won't be taking West Ham for granted .....

the more astute amongst us are only too aware that this club has all too often 'misfired' because of over-confidence , or for failing to match the home sides endeavour ....... and we also know that West Ham are desperate for points too , and won't have any intention whatsoever of rolling over for us

it will be a tough game , i'm sure of it ...... even in games in which we've won at Upton Park , West Ham have always created and missed chances , none more so than in the 2-0 win there during Svens era .....

this game is unlikely to be any different..
