We should walk out.

I believe the solution is a two way loan, Tevez to Liverpool, Carroll to City, to the end of the season only, then sell him on to whoever..

Carroll couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo at the moment mate. Pretty sure Herman could though!!

That may be true but in the absence of a fourth striker he could still come in useful in the event of injuries and suspensions. As it stands we only have two available strikers for the next four games. Even Santa Cruz or Jo would make the bench at the minute in our situation..

Anybody scores a goal playing in city and I'll be celebrating it and going fuckin mental. Doesn't matter what a players previous is if they're playing for city they get my full support.... Not saying I'll be singing tevez's name or owt and I'll be disappointed if he does wear our shirt again but I go to support the team not to walk out in some sort of moral protest.... Fuck that.

How about if Tevez plays for is again we take off our coats to reveal rag shirts. Only way to deal with it i think.

LOL! You start and I'll follow you. Promise.

Instinct says Tevez won't play for City again so this thread is ultimately pointless. If the incident in Munich was the first problem he'd caused then I'd have classed it as water under the bridge and accepted it pending a sincere apology in the form of an interview for the fans - but it isn't the first incident and, if he played for us again, it wouldn't be.

Yes, he is a hardworking goalscorer but he's got no longevity anywhere. He keeps moving on.

Its my opinion that Tevez wouldn't have the bottle to wear a City shirt ever again. If he were to show some humility and admit his wrong doing and say he was sorry, firstly to the fans then his manager and also his team mates fair enough, but seriously that will never happen.
Hes a fool who's been given every chance to set things right.

It all sounds great, all these plans, silence, walking out etc. But it wont happen, we all know it. If he ever did play for us again, the reality is that we'd boo him a bit at the start but the second he did something positive like score a goal, all is forgotten, all is forgiven and the whole crowd would be cheering him.

We'd like to think that we've all these morals. But at the end of the da that would be irrelevant if he ever took to the pitch again.
I don't think he should ever be let near the team again. He's done too much damage to the team and shows he doesn't respect his teammates, the club or the fans.
But if he did and he scored a goal. We'd all be back cheering his game. But that's football for ya.

The Tevez Carroll swap is an interesting one. My understanding is that City have gone back to Liverpool with a revised better offer, they take Tevez until the end of the season and they keep Carroll.

If Mancini remains as manager it won't happen, if Mancini is forced to include him, Mancini will quit, if Mancini is forced to quit in this way, we should all quit. Quite simple.

Tevez should never put a City shirt on again, a despicable twat.

^^^^^^^this

If the Argentinian walks out onto the field of play in a City shirt I walk out. I am not a youngster taking my bat and ball home but a mature senior citizen and NO ONE is bigger than the club I love.

This is what I feel.

I always stay and support my team. But if he played again it would be like my team was cheating. I couldn't watch it. I would walk.

I dont want Tevez to play for us again either BUT.....if he does, and fans walk out, you are proving that the player IS bigger than the club. Its the team that counts and we should give 100% support.

I had to read that twice! Carroll won't be too happy knowing he's been offered as a swap for a player with the attitude of Tevez.

If Tevez plays for us again i am done with watching City and top level football.

Also if Andy Carroll ever plays for us at all i am done with watching City and top level football.
