I don't berate anyone who criticise Hughes. I have a go when they same the old same shit, like calling him clueless, even when we win.

I have said that we may win a trophy, but I am not so stupid to think its a foregone conclusion. What I do believe is he is the man to turn around our losing mentality, which you can do without winning something, just like Moyes has done at Everton.

I criticise those who blindly believe none of our defeats are due to Robinho or Elano, but how Hughes asks them to play. Personally I think the away games to Stoke and Portsmouth he should have been left on the bench, because he wasn't up to the physical challenge in those games. There are times when they are also wrongly blamed for defeats.

What I try to do is analyse each game and give a fair assessment without just saying we are shit when we lose, and world beaters when we win.

Its such a shame that when we are starting to go places the best cup run in a long long time there is still people on here who will never be happy, no matter what we acheive, such pessimism. I think you want us to fail just so that you can smirk and say i told you so.
Its not the best team weve ever had on the pitch,or the best manager weve ever had, but its a team that has got us to the last 8, what more do you want.?
top 10 finish in the prem and who knows how much further we will get in uefa. lets see who we buy in the summer and then judge MH against himself next season.

This board continues to descend to new levels of negativity by the week! The i want it and i want it now attitude amongst some is laughable at best. We even have certain individuals sat waiting to throw anti Hughes shite out before the game has finished and some wishing for the opposition to win in the hope that the manager they don't like will be sacked.

The very word SUPPORTER seems to have been lost on some and it's very very sad indeed. We went down to the bottom half of div 2 and didn't whinge this much! Whilst constructive criticism is and will always be healthy, out and out moaning and doom mongering will only ever hinder and not help the whole ethos around the club and the way we are portrayed.

I am sorry but this is just complete rubbish.

I am a supporter and I will be a supporter until I die - I can't help it. I go to all the matches I can with work and the 400 mile drive permitting and I never boo anyone and never will.

But to say I can't even criticise anything or suggest ways for improvement is plainly ridiculous. I want our team to be the best in the world. I want to us to win things and to keep winning. I want to see us win the PL and the CL.

And in all honesty, I am 100% convinced we have a manager who will NEVER take us there.

What am I honestly supposed to say? Nothing?

Ha Ha!! The Hughes haters are out on force and I just love to hear them cry. Well Hughes is going to be here for next season and I believe for quite a few after that.
