I found myself agreeing with him about MoM.0-0 and a defender doesnt get it seems like a sympathy vote to boost Nandos confidence although he played well.Woodgate for me,if he stays fit its a good bit of buisness for Stoke.

Did anyone (certainly no one on MOTD did last night) mention Suarez brandishing the pretend card at the referee when he was bundled over for the Liverpool penalty yesterday? It is normally something they go mental about, but it was strangely quiet last night! He did it when he went over, then done it again when he approached the ref. Maybe they've just chosen to start ignoring things as it is endemic in our game - I mean, who would have thought that Barton would go over like a big girls blouse?

Wow, I thought they were very poor for their standards, a bit premature I know but they need to sort things out if they want a legitimate shot at the Champions League, they had loads of possession but at times looked rather lost.

I thought Stoke defended stoutly and Chelsea, in patches, looked better than they did for much of last season.

But, yes, the chequebook will be out in the next fortnight as Chelsea once again try to buy the Premiership!
