Walking is the best way to lose weight alongside dietary change Kaz.When i had a serious car accident and was laid up in bed mostly for a few months i put on six stone, when i was ready i went on the slimfast diet and lost it all, it took about 18 months but that was ok as i never got loose skin, it can be done with just food if needs be
In more recent years i had to lose four stone and went on the keto diet ish adapted to be veggie, i did walking that time and it was gone really quickly
It takes ten days to two weeks to stop bad habits but these people jabbing themselves with god knows what is dangerous and fucking stupid, thin people doing it to lose a stone or less for the beach blows my mind

You will often hear people say they are starting a diet and have joined the gym-yet that is just going to make you more hungry! Of course exercise has other benefits but walking is the most beneficial because it won't make you hungry.
And of course lots of people want short cuts because big life changes take time and commitment.
