Weight Loss Pills/Fat Burners

Had a proper eca stack years ago before the law changed on eph. Bloody awesome, literally felt fat disappearing and ended up v lean just pushing heavy weights on a four day split with plenty of protein. Very jittery, felt like shit, headaches, bad sleep and pissing like a racehorse though. Anything you can get now legally is not worth the money. All just basically caffeine based diuretics.As another poster said clean diet, some cardio and heavy weights will get you there but it takes time. Waist size is a better indication than the scales BTW.
Used to take the yellow stackers back in the day. They melted the fat away. Was young and stupid. Wouldn't touch them now if they were still available. Was wired to the moon. They've basically replaced the ephedrine with caffeine these days I think. Don't waste your money.
 
Veg(greens) yes,not so heavy on the fruit - its fructose....but its still sugar.

Well depending on your acidity level, fruit will have no effect on you and I can vouge that fructose does not put weight on, fat does. Fruit sugar is synergistically bonded in fruit or at least it should be as scientists have messed things up with GMO's and beavgkly hybridised fruits. It can't be compared to processed sugar added to products. Oh and the right food combinations should be stuck to with fruit as well, they should always be eaten first as they digest quicker or should be eaten a good amount of time after any meal, if not then you get fermentation which ain't pleasant.

I'm currently on day 14 of a juice fast, I have a green juice at !Least once a day then mix it up as I feel. All fruit veg herbs. I've been flipping between high RAW and standard diet for a year and a half, it's hard to break the addiction and when I ate things like bread, meats, chocolate, crisps, I put weight on, when I ate fresh fruit veg and herbs, I lost that same weight. Also unelimanted waste from your colon can add almost a stone to your weight and I have experienced solid matter coming out of me after 28 days drinking only juice. Ever wondered why the lower part of your belly sticks out when relaxing it? Freaky isn't it?
 
Many of the fat burners are either drugs that alter thyroid function and are prescribed for people with that type of medical condition.T3/T4....leave them alone imo. Others are based on thermogenesis; increasing your basal body temp to speed up metabolism...also leave these alone because they often contain chemicals to increase your heart rate; things such as ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin), there are others.

As recommended by other posters, a nailed diet and good exercise regime is the safest option.
 
Acai berries tablets(natural,)works ok,but depending on your lifestyle(do you exercise)..L-Arginine supplement are a good fat burner also...

Excess calories put weight on,nothing else.

Fat can be your friend,or enemy,depending on what type and when it's incorporated into your diet.As an energy source when carb depleting it's very useful and satisfying.With regards to fructose,it may be lower on the GI scale than glucose or sucrose but its still a sugar that,if eaten in any great quantity,will quickly and easily(especially when liver glycogen levels are full)will be converted and stored as excess.As such ive always found fruit a good addition to a diet but certainly not something i'd use as a staple,where as green veg reacts very differently in the system and can be eaten in much greater quantities.

The GI/GL diet,coupled with eating little and often,is the ideal approach and weight maintenance plan IME and opinion.
