They've basically replaced the ephedrine with caffeine these days I think. Don't waste your money.Had a proper eca stack years ago before the law changed on eph. Bloody awesome, literally felt fat disappearing and ended up v lean just pushing heavy weights on a four day split with plenty of protein. Very jittery, felt like shit, headaches, bad sleep and pissing like a racehorse though. Anything you can get now legally is not worth the money. All just basically caffeine based diuretics.As another poster said clean diet, some cardio and heavy weights will get you there but it takes time. Waist size is a better indication than the scales BTW.

Take green tea supplements, bought from muscle food or H&B, they're the only thing I've ever notice make a difference.
Well depending on your acidity level, fruit will have no effect on you and I can vouge that fructose does not put weight on, fat does.
